About Enclosures Work Control System.
Instead of members of industry having to locate various e-mails and reminder e-mails amongst many e-mails, the 5EN program manager was tasked with developing a messageboard for enclosure inquiries.
- all inquiries are identified in a messageboard database
- if question is similar to a previously asked question, NEMA program management will suggest a response
- no response will be suggested for questions that have not been previously answered
- all un-answered inquiries are identified in the messageboard database as ASSIGNED
- all answered inquiries (which can be used as canned answers) are identified in the messageboad database as COMPLETE
I will add additional functionality to this database overtime, as workload permits. Right now my goal is to start responding to the backlog of inquiries.
